Police departments of Foster City and San Mateo will be focusing on traffic safety in and around our schools with both plain clothed and uniformed traffic enforcement. Please follow the school's drop off and pick up procedures.

Regarding the status of the school calendar for the 2016-17 school year
The following is a statement from the San Mateo Foster School District:
“The San Mateo-Foster City School District and our teachers’ union are negotiating a new District calendar for the upcoming 2016-2017 school year. We hope to bring a final calendar to our Board of Trustees in February for their approval. Once approved the calendar will be made available to the public. If things do not go as expected there could be an additional delay. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience.”

California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress, or CAASPP, is the new state academic testing program. CAASPP has replaced the Standardized Testing and Reporting or the STAR program.
